To contrast the new and the old, Monroe Power Sports of Monroe, WI, provided a 2011 Ski-Doo 600 E-TEC with a manikin dressed in the latest style of snowmobile clothing.  Another dealer, Full Throttle Power Sports of Lena, IL, furnished a 2011 Yamaha Apex. The third machine that caught the visitor’s eye was an antique.  The 1978 Ski-Doo 340 RV was restored by Rich Kuehl of Kuehl’s Body Shop in Freeport, IL.
The club’s display included bulletin boards with information and a map of the Jane Addams Trail which runs from the Wes Block Trail Head by the Hwy. 20 West Bypass into Wisconsin. It is a scenic ride across creeks and through limestone cuts.

Outside the visitors’ center, the club’s tractor and groomer were featured.  The club had a frame built down the middle of the drag where signs, advertising local businesses that support our sport, were displayed. Mike of Murray Signs designed the artwork  for the ads (815-235-7446). The advertisers include: Tyrrell Motor Sports of Winslow where Scott can meet your repair and parts needs (815-238-5322). Monroe Power Sports owner, Todd, and his friendly staff offer full service repair and sales of ATV’s and snowmobiles.
Bowen Oil Company, proprietors of Boco Mini Mart in Orangeville is off the Jane Addams Trail and a handy spot to refuel your sled. Then to refuel your body, stop by Asa’s Bar & Pizza, also just off the Jane Addams Trail in Orangeville, (815-789-4695) or stop by Christy’s on our local trail by Hwy. 26 North in Freeport for refreshments (815-233-6292).

Other advertising supporters are Country Side Furniture of Freeport (815-233-2001) and Cahoon Construction of Orangeville (815-275-5544).
